Hello, I'm Andrew Stewart
I’m a professionally certified coach & senior leader that focuses on creating solutions that help my clients take action towards achieving their goals. I like to focus on working with clients to develop strategies and implement tools to move them forward towards their personal & professional goals.
Prior to becoming a coach, I have held leadership roles in operations, business development, and marketing for technology and financial companies with local and global markets. As a life-long learner, I see coaching as a critical step in a person’s developmental process which is what led me to become a coach.
Hello, I'm Sydney Boothroyd
Sydney is a PhD student in Counselling Psychology at the University of Calgary. Under the supervision of Dr. Caroline Buzanko, Sydney will be providing psychoeducational assessments and counselling for children and adolescents. Prior being with us, Sydney interned at the Calgary Family Therapy Centre, Family Services of Greater Victoria, and B.C.’s Ministry of Child and Family Development.
Sydney has a deep understanding and appreciation for the unique obstacles youth face today. She is passionate about supporting young people through providing insight into their strengths and areas for growth, all while offering a safe, trusting, and non-judgemental space to work through big emotions and challenging times. Sydney believes in the innate abilities of all children and youth for positive growth, and that with the proper support, they are able to overcome hurdles and thrive.
Clinically, Sydney is passionate about supporting children, youth, and families. She values systemic approaches to working with individuals and families, appreciating that humans are inextricable from the many cultural and societal forces acting upon them. Her doctoral research explores the increasingly digital nature of society and its impact on human identity, relationships, and well-being.
When she is not working, Sydney can be found adventuring in the mountains with friends and family, surfing back home on the West Coast, or reading a book with a good cup of tea. Sydney enjoys an active lifestyle and finds fulfillment in connecting with others deeply.
