  • Important! Please note that charges for time spent on documentation, letters, or reports pertaining to our work together will be applied in 15-minute increments, according to the hourly rate of your clinician.

How Many Therapy Sessions are Needed?

  • Many day-to-day issues can be addressed in just a few sessions.
  • Anxiety Disorders and Depression are typically stabilized in 8 to 15 sessions
